Terms of Service

By ordering or using the Overnight Engine hardware and software ("Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Hardware Lease & Ownership

The Overnight Engine hardware remains the property of Overnight Engine Inc. unless purchased outright. You are responsible for the physical security of the device while it is on your premises.

2. Software License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pre-installed software for your internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer the model weights or firmware.

3. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". While our AI employees aim for 99% accuracy, you rely on the results at your own risk. We are not liable for operational errors resulting from unreviewed AI actions.

4. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you must return the hardware unit within 30 days.
