Privacy Policy

Core Principle: Your data never leaves your perimeter. Overnight Engine runs on private hardware deployed within your infrastructure.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit your operational data to our cloud servers. All processing happens locally on your Overnight Engine hardware. Usage telemetry is strictly limited to hardware health monitoring (temperature, uptime, error rates).

2. Local Learning

The AI models adapt and learn from your corrections locally. These weight updates are stored on your encrypted drive and are not shared with other customers or with Overnight Engine Inc. without your explicit consent for support debugging.

3. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, Gmail), credentials are stored in your localized secure enclave. The Engine communicates directly with these APIs from your IP address. We never see your API keys or OAuth tokens.

4. Hardware Security

Physical access to the engine is required for hardware resets. All disk data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
